Gosh, there are so many great breeders and trainers in the area. First, I’d check the Horseman’s Directory in the Journal (or online). Several of those are in the DFW area: Aubrey, Pilot Point, Whitesboro, Denton, etc.

Hi Steve, In the June issue of the Journal back in the minutes from the Board of Directors meeting. There is mention of the Appaloosa Cutting Horse Assoc. doing a stock horse sale at World. Is this still happening and if so when, or will it be in conjunction with the world sale. Let me know. Thanks, Michelle

Nope. The sale has been cancelled.

Are you kidding me? Non Pro Horsemanship, Non Pro Western Pleasure, Ladies Western Pleasure and Non Pro Western Riding ALL on day 1?

Reply from Keri: This line-up is the same as last year with the exception of non-pro western riding instead of senior western riding. If people have scheduling suggestions, we invite them to let us know. When we don’t hear about things, we usually leave them “as is” assuming that if there weren’t complaints the previous year, it must have worked o.k. for exhibitors. We’ll make note of this issue and try and address it in next year’s schedule.
