Congratulations to Rusty Miller, Republic, Ohio, on being named the 2009 ApHC Trainer of the Year at the awards banquet Sunday evening here in Jackson. Also nominated (and receiving a nominee plaque) was Laurence Hiatt, Hankinson, North Dakota.

IMO this award is long over due. I do not know of another trainer who works harder, and is more deserving than you,
