National Show judging

The ApHC Board of Directors has adjusted its earlier decision about reducing the number of judges for the upcoming National Show and Youth World in Jackson. Because of feedback from exhibitors and an offer of financial support from an anonymous donor, the board found some middle ground and authorized the use of four judges in each class. Final placings will be calculated after removing the low score for each entry.

Wondering about the anonymous donation. How can it be anonymous unless the person sent cash with no return address? It seems to me that if anyone buys a judge they should not be allowed to show at Nationals or any show because of conflict of interest. Please correct me if I am wrong on any of this?

Special thanks to the anomymous donor. Without promotors like you during times like these; our breed could not survive. Thank you!! Have a great year!

Seriously?!? The judges had already been hired. It’s not like they got to handpick them. Maybe the people wanted to be anonymous so they wouldn’t have a million people thanking them and a few people bashing them personally. Can’t we all just be thankful the ApHC still has people with money that care??

If we would be more clear about how this and other things in the APHC come about, less questions would come about!!! Some times it would nice if the directors and the APHC brought problems to the attention of the members!! With brain storming we can move mountains!! Alone we only continue to muddle along!!
