I'm double-checking on the Non-Pro award winner and will post it soon. The Dee Cole Memorial Youth Sportmanship Award winner was Josh Clevenger. Your question wasn't deleted or ignored -- I just didn't have as many opportunities to check the blog or do much posting. Stay tuned.

I'm a bit peeved. I asked a legitimate question about who won the sportsmanship award at the show and my comment was deleted without an answer. Bad enough the club thinks so little of the award that the internet page listing all the winners of this award and the lifetime supreme awards only lists winners through 2005, but to ignore my question and delete my comment is rude.

This should be a BIG DEAL award. The awardee should have been listed in the show network and it should have received its own blog from Steve. If its not a big deal, then get rid of the award all together.

I think promoting good sportsmanship is a good thing, so instead of sweeping it under the carpet - get it some visibility. I'd like to congratulate this year's awardee.

I haven't seen in the Show Networks or the Awards page on the internet who won the Non-Pro Sportsmanship Award. It should be displayed just like the high points. So Steve...share! Who was the awardee for this show?

I want to say that I really liked the way thy did the open non pro barrels where you could see both parties in the horse against horse, I know they were small looking but it was SOOOOOOOO much better than looking at only the start/finish line. Well with that said can I ask WHY they went back to the old way in the youth?? Also do they not stay there and pay attention to it in the outh as we had NO sound for the whole of the horse against horse. Its like since the adults are done they dont think we should care about the youth. Now today trying to watch youth poles you cant get it to come up. Makes me say for yet ANOTHER yr get someone who does a better job to do it!!!
