Catching up at CBC

Approximately one-third of our ApHC-carded judges are in attendance each year at the Color Breed Council’s International Judges Seminar in Oklahoma City. In addition to the workshop sessions, folks have the opportunity to visit with colleagues and catch up on the latest “news.”

In the photo are C.L. (Connie) Caines, Oklahoma, and David Terrell, Tennessee — obviously deep in conversation about penalties and points in the working cow horse class, or something. It is important to point out that Connie received a fancy ring from the ApHC in recognition of reaching a milestone in the ranks of judges. He has been an ApHC-carded judge for 40 years! He claims that he began at age 15. We’re checking. In any case, congratulations.
