I congratulate all the winners, do love mules by the way and especially those who represented the Appaloosa. You can't always be the winner but in the eyes for Appaloosa lovers they were winners.
I had the fortune of meeting some of our neighbors from North of us this March in Moscow at a Territory/Zone meeting put together by who was to become my Director, Lynette Thompson and long time Palouse Empire Appaloosa Club member Sandy Jones, both of Washington State. Fine job, great meeting, great host you were Steve and thanks all who attended, it was great fun and interesting and a lot of ground was covered and opinions shared, all in favor of this breed and the registry.

I would like to thank Steve for coming up to Spruce Meadows and cheering on the team this year. Also I would like to thank all our
fans. Even though we had some bad luck this year we learned
from our mistakes and are ready to come back next year to battle
hard. I congradulate team mule with their win, I have competed
with them for the last 11 years and they have worked very hard.
A special thanks goes out to my team mates - at least we were the best dressed team. Also thanks to our sponsors - Farmway Machinery and Masterfeeds. Thanks to our grooms and coaches.
