Tall Grass
Okay, this doesn’t have much of anything to do with the equine world, but I couldn’t resist a tourist moment while traveling through Alberta last week. Next door to a terrific ice cream parlor cleverly named “Two Scoop Steve’s” is a little shop full of goat milk products such as soap, hand cream, candles, etc. The biggest attraction though is the sight of goats “grazing” on the porch roof. Who can resist a marketing effort like that?

I’ve been to Two Scoop Steve’s ice cream place and let me tell you. Best ice cream I’ve ever had. Bought a bunch of shirts next door under the goats at the gist shop. My kids loved them. A must stop for anyone traveling near or through Yahk, BC. If you ask Marlene(owner) real nice, she’ll even let you or the kids feed the goats. Going back through this summer.
