		<description>Just a note to say The P-P program will be a big assest  to the ApHC. Since previoulsy Appaloosa to Appaloosa solid foal can be shown,  specators at the shows will have no way of knowing  if the solid horse being shown is from Appaloosa to Appaloosa  or from Appaloosa to an approved breed since both are solid. 
How the ApHC  handles the money received  from the P-P program is important. I think the ApHC should keep 30 per cent and then payback 70 percent,  to colored horses only, for  National Points earned at Regional clubs. A ceretain amount per point. This will be an incentive to buy an Appaloosa horse and show it at  Regional shows.

I like the idea of getting the older horses registered, it will help increase the ApHC numbers in different ways.

Keep up the good work in promoting the Appaloosa horse.
